Trust
Settlement work is financial work. Here is where the data lives, who can reach it, and how each result can be checked again later.
Where the data lives
Calculations and primary records stay on the office computer that runs Cuvatrix. People reach it in the browser through a secure tunnel. Reports you download, and review links you send, leave it by your choice.
Who can sign in
Only people the owner invites. Each signs in with an email, a password and an authenticator code, and works in a role: the owner, or an accountant.
What is recorded
Every change to a client's settings, every run, download and sign-in is kept in an activity history with the person and the time. Two people editing the same client see each other's unsaved changes, and nothing is overwritten silently.
How results are checked
A run keeps its inputs, the contract version and its grouping. Rebuilt later, it must give the same total to the cent. Each calculation runs on its own, in a worker kept apart from the web interface.
Backups
The data is copied every day, and a safety copy is taken before any restore.
Review by an auditor
The owner can send an invited auditor a private link to check one client's settings. It shows the settings only, works for one day, and never changes the client. The auditor's replies stay with the client.
This website and the app are separate
This website never asks for your password and never shows client data. Its Sign in link opens the app's own sign-in page at inv.cuvatrix.com. The website stays online when the office computer is off; the app does not.
